The Blizz

 What are blizz's? The blizz is an ice version of the blaze and naturally spawn in Arctic Biomes, they have a similar attack style to the blaze, they fly up and then shoot 3 iceballs which are like the fireballs the blaze throw! But the iceballs give you the frostburn effect which is basically the flame effect which takes damage when you're on fire.

    But that could spread them everywhere because if there physicaly confined in artic biomes there will be a breakout around the world

    They don't break out through the world, they basically only spawn when you're in the arctic.

    This would be very cool. We have mobs for ocean, end, nether, and normal overworld. We have one mob for snowy/ice biomes which is the polar bear.

    good idea, but only rarely and only in ice spikes biomes.
