"Luminous" Enchantment for Helmets

This treasure Enchanted Book would be found in the minecart chests of Abandoned Mineshafts. This enchantment could be applied to helmets for improved visibility that's better than maximum Brightness but not as good as Night Vision.

The player could use this enchantment for seeing in the dark without needing to use inventory space, like torches, or have to worry about a timer, like Night Vision potions.

    Neat idea! This could be helpful for Nether Explorers who dislike the bright orange sky that is seen after consuming a Night Vision potion there.

    I would make it a little better than the image shows.  Definitely not as good as night vision, but actually reasonable to be able to see something.  I know I would use this enchantment, especially since I play with a screen as dark as it goes to prevent bright areas from being too bright.

    This is a neat idea.  It would be like the Optifine feature of a held torch giving off light, but implemented in a different way.

    This sort of enchantment should also be available for shields.
