Turning off monsters only

This would make it so that those who play on peaceful still have the challenge of eating, if they want to have it. Sometimes you don't want to have to deal with monsters, but peaceful mode means farming is pointless. Hence, this.

    maybe a /gamerule doMonsterSpawning and a /gamerule doFriendlyMobSpawning?

    Partially implemented: the minecraft:spawn_monsters game rule (true by default) exists on Java now, but it is not in Bedrock yet…
