Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical slabs.

    I think this idea could be taken a step further and iron chest could be added and named in the anvil along with the key and if the two names on the key and the chest are the same it would make any player with a key named same as the chest able to open it. when broken it acts like a shulker box and keeps the stuff safely inside. if the chest is not named to a key it works like a regular chest

    Except for the unbreakable part, everything you mentioned is already in the game if you use the correct commands, but I do think that a easier way to do so would be much welcome!

    Here's some sprites I've made for keys by branching some of my ideas with your own! I definitely think these should be in the game and will be adding them to my plans for a community feedback mod.

    You should be able to give multiple people the same key by making a key mold, than naming it w/ a name tag. Then you would craft a key and apply the mold to it the same way you would dye, only the mold is not consumed. Also, what blocks could be coded to a key?
