Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Customizable armor after leather

As a player for the past 7 years, I have noticed a problem scraping at the back of my mind- The end game is always light blue and purple this, light blue and purple that. Everybody looks the same in the end game; I feel there should be a way to customize your armor so the two-toned tedium of the end game is expanded to a more vibrant and unique melody of unique creativity.

    I think it'd be cool if you could combine Leather and Chainmail into a new type of armor, which would be around as good as Diamond (or potentially better), and like Leather, would be dyeable.

    This armor would have very high resistance against melee attacks, but would be about as good as iron against projectiles.

    This would make Chainmail something actually worth collecting, and give Leather armor more worth as well.
