Arrow Shooting Speed

It would be appreciated if there will be an enchantment concerning the speed of drawing out an arrow from a bow, a haste effect on bows.

    They should make the power enchantment shoot arrows faster and further as well as the current damage increase because of course giving the bow more power should make it shoot arrows further/faster.
