    If this is to remove attack cool downs then i suggest it be /gamerule attackCoolDown true/false

    I'd love it. Since many don't like the Combat Update, this would be a great solution. You can choose to keep doing things the old way.

    I think it would be better to make a static tool speed gamerule because i think removing it its not possible because of how combat works now.

     

    Ex: /gamerule weaponspeed

    default: 0 // no change

    example: 2 // all tools will have 2 as hit speed.
