Toggle water physics

i think that you should be able to toggle water physics

    Why?  There are so many useful things you can do with the new physics, like not falling in your farming water sources by placing slabs or stairs.  Being able to swim faster without depth strider is awesome.  About the only thing I have to keep in mind is using full blocks to stop up random water sources in caves.
