Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

A Disenchantment Table

A Disenchantment table could be use to remove enchants form anything that can be enchanted like an axe or a sword. Using the disenchantment  table you can remove enchants and it will turn it the appropriate book so you can put it on a different tool or armor.If the tool or armor has multiple enchants you will be able to choose which one you will like to remove.To remove enchants you will have to experience (or something else ) to do so.It will look like an enchantment table BUT it will have different colours ( or the negative colours to the original enchantment table ) so you don't get mixed up on which is which.

    It would be nice if you could also put an enchanted book that has multiple enchantments in the table and move an enchantment to a different book.

    For example, I found an awesome enchanted book in a chest, but it has both Protection IV and Sharpness IV.  I can use this table to put the Sharpness IV enchantment on a different book so I can make use of both of them.

    I would say it should use more than experience to do the disenchanting.  Maybe lapis, maybe another valuable material like nether quartz.

    They've added the Grindstone now my friend. I'm sorry that it's not like your idea completely though. I want to choose my own enchantments. :(

    This is a cool idea. It would be great if we could move enchantments off tools to fresh unused books and the other way around: when you use an enchantment you get a fresh book

    Grindstones are great but they don't let you keep the enchantment. This needs to be added.

    I have wanted this for a long time. It would revolutionize enchanting. I’m tired of fishing and catching a bow with mending when I already have a bow with mending. If I could put the enchantment onto a book it would make me extremely happy. But now, I have to continuously fish until I get a book with mending which can take a very long time.

    Please implement this. I have seen it in tutorials in older versions of the game. Its really upsetting not having it available in the most recent patching of this game. Cmon and please implement this function to take enchantments off weapons and copy them into unused books.

    I think this idea is really cool as well, but picking out specific enchantments would be too op, in my opinion
