    I don't think I quite understand. The sounds come out of the speakers in front of you.

    Amazing idea. This game can become very frustratingΒ when you hear what might potentiallyΒ be a mob spawner, but you have no idea where the sound came from.Β

    I believe this already happens in Java edition 1.13+ if you're wearing headphones, but it also causes the sounds to seem slightly muffled.

    Currently, realistic sounding games are really hard to make. The most realistic method we have is path tracing (path tracing is used for lighting but can also be used to model sound waves) which is very computationally expensive.

    There already is stereo,but something like Atmos would be cool. I had the same idea btw.

    I was playing on my friend's PC and he has a Dolby speaker, I can hear directional sounds

    YES! this is exactly what Minecraft needs. but it needs to be on bed rock.

    I 100% agree with this.Β  When you hear a zombie, and it sounds like it's right behind you, but there isn't one anywhere close, it's pretty aggravating.Β  The sound mods are among the first I install for this purpose.

    Directional hearing and directional hearing tool tips (The little words and arrows showing where the sound is comming from on java edition) needs to be implemented.

    You can have it as an option why not have it, if people do not like it they can keep it off it's that easy.

    please have it as an option for the people who can not by a headset easily or a connected for their headset (Xbox people like me)

    I think Java does is better because for some reason Bedrock has a delay in the directional audio
