Desert: Hot air balloon

Imagine If you were traveling though a desert and you saw a hot air balloon. And It was traveling pretty fast so the only way to catch it would be though the elytra. Then If you can even catch up to it there would be  loot like enchanted books,ender pearls, golden apples,and meet a new villager. This villager would be able to trade you anything for balloons (A new Item that would allow you to fly also up to the hot air balloon, can be found in mob spawners).

    Talking about "Only reach it with Elytra"

    Why would you need Elytra if you can glide and boost faster than hot air balloon, and Elytra is more rare. I'd say you can reach it if you have speed potion 2.

    First of all of sounds more like a mob than a structure! So instead of a moving h.a.b. (Hot air balloon) it is a stationary one made of blocks that is either floating very high up or appears to have crashed. The still floating h.a.b. Could be guarded by flying enemies but have great loot while the crashed one has no guards and seems to be partially looted
