Inverted Command Blocks

As Most Of Us Know We Have A Conditianal State for command blocks and an unconditianal state. But it would make things a lot easier if we had inverted command blocks. Inverted command blocks work like this:

If the previous command block output is equal to false then it can only run.

So its basically a conditianal command block but reversed.

  Most genius thing you could come up with. It would make a very simple gate that could be toggled on and off.
