Effects when staying long in the rain

The weather rain and thunderstorm makes the riptide enchantment work indeed. However, that is the only purpose of the two weather conditions. I highly recommend that when a player is staying in the rain or thunderstorm for a certain amount of time, the player gets sick if a cold or flu. Make it so that this sickness is an effect so that it may be applied whenever it is wanted.
