Dinosaur Dimension

the portal is not craftable and is only found in jungle temples. Once you go through w the portal you will be sent to a place where dinosaurs strive, most of the dinosaurs are neutral, but some, like the T-Rex, Raptor, pterodactyl, Etc will attack. Some of these dinosaurs you can also tame and ride. Also if you look in the ocean you quite possibly could find a megaledon as a boss battle. You can also find skeletal remains of dinosaurs if you look in caves in the over world However Dinosaurs will not be able to travel with you to the overworld.

    Yea I like this and the portal should be frangible but only by putting 8 bone blocks around an eye of t-rex in the portal shape. ( the eye of t-rex would be crafted by putting bone blocks around a piece of obsidian.) Idk just an idea to make it possible to get to but decently hard

    It should be a biome rather than a dimension, perhaps a rare spawn of a jungle biome.

    Yes and people saying it doesn't fit with vanilla um have you seen the market place like at all this what makes this a great idea people love dinosaurs and it doesn't have to have alot of dinos just the more familiar ones and we already have fossils and archeology and I'm not talking about the mod minecraft definitely needs more dimensions and dinosaurs would be the tip of the ice berg

    esta chida pero yo creo que deberías cambiar 2 cosas la numero 1 el nombre uno como portal del tiempo y numero 2 su crafteo porque al estar en los templos nadie va a buscarlos solo fans de dinosaurios mi recomendación es crear un bloque muy como verdoso talvez usar el cobre oxidado pero tienes mi voto

    The recent Nether update added fossils to the Nether.  Will there be a prehistoric Nether dimension that is accessed by a portal when you're already in the prehistoric Overworld one?

    This really doesn't fit with the Minecraft vibe, it would be and is a great mod but would just not fit with Minecraft as a whole and would completely destroy the vibe of it (no offense). We already have fossils and I think we should just stick to those for now.

    As a huge Jurassic Park fan, this is awesome, but as a devoted Minecraft player, this isn't something that screams Minecraft, it screams Minecraft mods. Also, Mojang already said no to sharks.

    You know the Dinasaur dimensions could have something to do with the fossils that are really rare and maybe even add new blocks and also like realistic bones, there could also be something like a craftable time machine the craft recipe could be 3 iron across the top two on the middle side clock in smack dab middle and stone brick across the bottom

    What if this is what the deep dark portal opens up to.

    Except it’s an “Ancient dimension” and this dimension is populated by some prehistoric versions of some recognizable mobs, and some strange looking sniffer relatives and sniffers themselves. (Edit) the deep dark portal could be opened up by like candles and a new shrine block made of deepslate and the rarest sniffer plant.

    Your view on dinosaurs is much more violent than they actually were. An ancient beings dimension, (sniffer, also probably others) would be good, though.

    il y a un mod comme ca avec les dinos, il suffirait de les mettre sur des biomes volcaniques et il y aurait un boss: le géant t-rex. en le gagnant, on obtiendrait des griffes de t-rex (jusqu'a 5) et pouvoir crafter des squelettes et les vendre avec des villageois là bas cntre des items cheatés

    Maybe it could just be a feature that you can turn on, but is disable by default, it may be great for mods, but it doesn't seem right in normal Minecraft.
