Frosted Mushroom Island

How About A New Biome? I Was Thinking Of Adding A Biome That's A Mix Between A Mushroom Island And The Ice Spikes Biome. It Can Be Rarer Than A Normal Mushroom Island And It Can Basically Be A Mushroom Island With Patches Of Ice Every 10 Blocks Away Or So. I Know This Isn't For New Mobs, But Otherwise I Think It Would A Bit Confusing. There Can Be A "Frost-Shroom" Which Produces "Melted Ice" Which You Can Freeze Into Normal Ice When Poured In Any Icy Or Cold Biomes. Keep That Ice There And You Can Get Packed Ice. This Is More "General" Than A Biome Suggestion...……. But Whatever!
