Better Player Overlays

Makes the 2nd layer or Overlays on player skins 3d, Toggleable in the Skin Customization Menu. Images:

 

 



I think it would make minecraft skins much cooler!

    Yea animated skin would be cool addition making player character lively

    They could also add another layer, so using 2 outer layers on one spot would allow for more shaping.  An overcoat option could be used to enable the player's 3rd layer.
