Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Elytra Horse Armor

I've always wanted flying mounts in Minecraft and I feel like this is a balanced and easy way to do it. This elytra horse armor would be crafted with an elytra and any horse armor and it would give your horse the ability to fly when eqipped. I figure it would work similar to Mo Creatures pegasi as far as controls go.

It has it's pros and cons versus normal elytra flight but would more be for vanity or roleplay than anything. Some pros would be infinite flight without fireworks, and no durability, however flight would be a lot slower than normal elytra flight.
