Hwacha Ench

Hwacha is an enchantment for bows cause the bow to shoot more arrows in one charge but also consume more then one. by the level, the higher the quantity of the bolts will be and the consumption of arrows as well, for exemple: level one hwacha will shoot two arrows in one charge and will consume two arrows, level two hwacha will shoot three arrows and use three and so on up to level four which is the highest level for hwacha. But, the arrows that has been shooted in addition to the hwacha will not be centered, thats means when hwacha is applied always one arrow will be in the very center (like a normal bow) but any additional arrows from the hwacha will be spread out in algoritem: [min radius] (0.5 meters from center) to [min radius] + hwacha level number * 0.5  = [max radius]. exe: level 1: one arrow will hit normally like normal shot and an additional arrow hit randomly in a radius between 0.5 to 1 blocks away from the centered arrow. level 3: one arrow will hit normally like normal shot and an additional arrow hit randomly in a radius between 0.5 to 2 blocks away from the centered arrow. Hwacha bows can be use even if you don't have enough arrows, you will use as much as you can of the hwacha. Hwacha can be combined with infinity but you will need the right amount of arrows to shoot it with the enchantment full potential and the bow won't waste any arrows.
