Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Flintstone Block

The only uses for flint is to craft arrows and flint and steel. Why not have a block that can be blackish grey to match the colors of flint. It can be crafted in the two-by-two using flint, and there you have a cool-looking block. You can also have a polished version of it as well, just like the granite, diorite, and andesite blocks have. It will be crafted by putting a flintstone block in each square in the two-by-two when crafting. The non-polished version can be found at y-levels 50 and below. It can be mined with every pickaxe and also help with decoration. Maybe it can be used to craft new blocks that will be added in the future of Minecraft.

    Its texture could be a black version of the quartz pluck with all the same variants. Somewhat like how the sandstone and red sand stone blocks have similar variants.

    I would just call it the Flint Block, but yes, this needs to be in the game.

    Yes to all of this and they should have the same flammable property as netherrack. They should hold a fire indefinitely unless manually removed.

    I think a flintstone block could be a cool feature. Combining flint into a block could save storage space in your inventory and chests, as well as a decoration block.
