Caves Update

Hi !

We spend a lot of times in caves in minecraft but they didn't get any new or exiting features since a long time, that's why I think a cave update is due !

Some ideas :

- Caves biomes of diferent types of caves depending on the biome it's generated into, for example : Ice caves, bats infested caves, lava caves, etc

- Stalagmite and Stalagtite in caves, should be blocky, maybe like cobblestone walls

- More mushroms in thsoe caves?

- Mobs spawning only in caves?

There is a lot that could be done so that just some ideas, also the nether is a big caves, so it could be updated at the same time !

    Deberian agregar nuevos "Boss Fight" segun la cueva, como que si te quedaras mucho tiempo en una cueva aparezca un boss fight antes de salir o mobs especificos de cuevas

    i would like to see bluestone ores to naturaly generate in caves . Also , the introduction of caves filled with rubies and other kinds of gems and ores .

    I think its about time for a cave update, the caves havnt seen many huge additions, I think it would be cool just to add something new, like maybe cave plants, and they could be lumonecent plants that glow in the dark. or maybe a whole new biome, like an underground lumonecent forest that could have the same spawn chance as ravines . or maybe a new structure, like a abondonded cave city/village that could be over run with zombie villagers, or possibly active cave villages? the villages could be carved into the walls of the cave, and when u exit one of the houses your in this big wide open cave area or something. and if u had lumonecent flowers then u could turn them into lumonecent dye, anf make glowing wool and stuff! even glow in the dark dog collars! I just think that caves are long overdue for some attention, becuase no matter where u go or what biome your in, you'll allways have caves, and those caves are currently kinda like the old oceans, theyre just missing something new. just an idea :3

    Cave update! I think the whole community is getting riled up for this, sign me up! I'd like to see an increase in depth to minecraft maps, which can facilitate more room for structures. biome specific caves and literally layers to the map! Might be late to add this to the game.

    If we could break up the meta of mining for diamonds etc that could change the balance of the game. Perhaps adding a different tool/armor set between iron/ diamond. Steel?

    I'd also like it so like Toycat proposed there were different biomes underground and they weren't determined by the biome that they're under.

    I have a feeling that when they added granite, andesite, and diorite, they were starting to step into the idea of updating caves, but then right after that started to do something else instead. I feel like different caves would make the game feel more real and alive than ever before

    How about a Titanium ore or Tungsten ore? So that we can make armour for blocks and slight enhancements for your weaponry and armor?

    Along with new ores (Copper, Amythyst, maybe XP ore or something in the end) I'd also like to see obsidian tools/armor, as well as new stone types Limestone, Marble and Basalt, which could be turned into bricks for building.

    I think it would be a great idea to update caves. They have been the same for so LONG. The one doubt in all the different caves which in an opinion but I think I and the Minecraft community will enjoy this

    Underground Villages in Caves!!!

    One thing that should be in caves along with all the other ideas, is Dwarf villages. There should be villages underground that house Dwarves. They have small houses and look like grey-blue baby villagers with miner's clothes. They sell you ores and stone and pickaxes. They have small houses. They should have villages underground that are small. A lot of small things. Also new dungeons. You can't make a square room with a spawner and two chests and call it a dungeon. There should be a lot of different biomes. Caves should be just as endless as the overworld. New boss mobs like trolls and spider queens would also be cool. Goblins too. I doubt Microsoft will see this but I just wanted to say my thoughts. Thank you for reading.

    I think it's a good idea. Our cave is now just a mining site, and its renewal will make it more playable and exploratory

    With this we should get more weapons or armor and maybe villages' trades should be updated as well. I really want to see amythst in the cave update if we get one

    Maybe new types of TNT or tools? Oh and maybe some underground forests?
