Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

    I disagree with having quartz in the overworld, quartz is unique to the nether and it needs to stay that way. If you want rose quartz to be a rare nether ore, though, then that's different. I'd be up for that.

    I agree with macchu. Quartz is nether exclusive. It would also make sense as for it to be pink, there would need to be a red color (Netherrack) mixed with white (quartz).

    I totally agree with this idea. It would also help to explain why Diorite and Granite use quartz in their crafting recipe. But the veins should be smaller than in the Nether.

    Here's how I see it. Rose Quartz should only be found in the Nether since quartz originated from there and it would be another rare material to find. What would make Rose quartz even more unique is it having the ability to slowly regenerate one's health.

    Rose Quartz Pink would be a desirable colour for Armour Trim. It would also be brilliant to have pink cyrstals to place just as you can with Amethyst and to have as blocks to build with like a Pink Marble in Texture as we have no pink stone at present to build with or use.
