Bring back the previous texture of the experience bar [Bedrock codebase]

The current texture is boring and doesn't fit with the style of the game, bring back this one

    New texture is cool and looks much better than old one and fits game art style unlike old texture, because new one has pattern and has limited colors, unlike old texture which was made using gradient and noise which look awful, I hope developers will add new experience bar texture to java edition too since it's way better
