Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

The nether star shouldn’t be the only item that is blast resistant. Let’s fix that

A quick trip to the wiki reveals that the Nether Star, in item form, is blast resistant (to protect it from any stray Wither projectiles, I assume). I find this to be a very interesting idea, but it would be great if this were applied to other items as well. In block form, for instance, obsidian, enchantment tables, anvils, and ender chests have a very high blast resistance; they could also be given blast resistance when in item form. Pieces of armor enchanted with Blast Resistance should also then be protected when in item form.

    WolverReigner I was thinking the same thing, actually. I would add armor with Fire Protection to your list, along with maybe magma blocks and some others. You should make a separate idea for Fire-resistant items. I'd vote for it!

    This makes perfect sense. Making the blocks have their blast resistance characteristics in item form is a great idea.

    Armour, perhaps not, but I like the idea of blast resistant blocks being blast resistant as items. I think Nether Stars should also be fire resistant, so they don’t get dropped into a lava lake or ruined portal.

    I like your Idea a lot, but I feel there are some blocks that should be on this list of blast resistant items. Some of them are:

    • Crying Obsidian
    • Beacons (Made with Nether Stars and Obsidian)
    • Ancient Debries, Netherite Blocks and Armor (About the armor. It would make sense, because ancient Debries and Netherite blocks are blast resistant, and so are the items, than the armour should be blast resistant, but it could be kinda OP. I decided to put that on the list)
    • Wither Heads (It is just so painful to get and see those destroyed in any way...)
