Basically add the java closed captioning system to bedrock.
To streamline it, combine it with the java sound selection system and only show captioning on sounds that have their volume enabled. So if you have turned off the block sounds you don’t get it telling you every time a dropper clicks.
This is an important feature to have in the game because sound cues can be very important, such as a zombie groaning as it walks up behind you as you’re mining, but not everyone can hear. There are also people like me who find the whole package of Minecraft sounds to be unbearably annoying, but only have the option to play with sounds or to play deaf.
