Add Holographic Text To Minecraft

Hello Dear Minecraft, I have noticed that this feature technically already exist in Minecraft its just not a mob or a entity as of yet its called NameTags these text boxes that show above players and above mobs when given a custom name we would like this, Where it would be its own mob or entity so we can rename it in game and add unlimited text to it would be completely invisible exist for the nametag that will always show even when players aren't looking at it this would be a lifesaver to tons of mapmakers and to all the Minecraft Content Creators.
