Penguins

Now, I've noticed a lot of cool new things added into the game, such as Dolphins, different fish, the trident, and the new swimming animation! 

 

But, I was wondering if Mojang could try and add penguins into the game as well?

 

They would (of course) live in the tundra biome with polar bears (who would hunt the Penguins.)

Baby penguins would have little eggs to spawn out of (like an ender dragon egg, but to save time, just have the egg disappear and a baby penguin appear in it's place when it hatches.)

And adults would be able to slide around on the ice, slowly breaking through some ice blocks, in order to go fish for their young. 

 

(Maybe, if a baby penguin went into deep water, it would kill it? Circle of life-wise?)

 

well, this is just a thought. :P

    an idea i had involving penguins to spawn in iceburgs and maybe even steal fish when your fishing near one (would have less fish clogging up storage from when your fishing)

    Maybe it gives a "Penguin's grace"? Allowing you to move on ice without slipping, while preserving the speed boost it gives?

    Lovely idea.  Maybe you could find the rare yellow albino emperor penguin as well?  Like the blue axolotl, but a bit more common?

    This is not realistic. Each tundra should have only polar bears or only penguins.

    This is a great idea, I would love to see this in minecraft. I adore penguins so it's great if they add it, and someone mentioned they should be the size of creepers but I disagree. They should be the size of a cat and it's baby can be the size of a baby rabbit. 🐧🐧🐧

    Debería comentar que este mob lo agregaran a la 1.22 porque en la 1.21 ya van a hacer la mob vote 2023 entonces para la 1.22 entiendo que Mojang se toma su trabajo es mucho pero en las mob vote hay animales inservibles

    I agree with this idea and I like it. I think that penguin are good to be pet which can help you to catch fish for you. And it can drop eggs. More bird type animals can made the game more vibrant.

    Yeah, what if you tame it (With fish) it could be your pet, with it the same as cats, it could give you some fish. Idk i just want penguins to be in the game. I'm a FULL TIME PENGUIN FAN.
