Rats in villages

There can be rats in villages. There can be little rats and big rats the little rats flee away when the player gets up close to it. And the big rats will attack the player when up close to it. When rat killed it will give you rat meet and rat skin. And if a cat comes close the cat will attack the rat and if a cat attack a big rat the big rat will flee like the little rats. But one thing rats will not spawn any were except in villages.

    It would be cool for them to spawn in mineshats too

    The player is attacked at night or in dark places, in caves, if you hit one rat, all nearby rats will attack you. They have little health, eat, beets, cereal products, seeds.

    I like the idea of giving cats another use, but I feel like this current idea is very similar to bunnies.

    I would have Rats spawn in Zombie Villages as the cats in normal Villages would attack/eat the rats.

    Good. I figure if Mojang adds rats, they'll be like bats, but unable to fly.

    But I like this idea.

    I think there should be field mice (smaller rats) that spawn outside villages
