Longer Underwater time, Better underwater movement

We should be able to have more than a few seconds of underwater time to explore. We also need to be able to move more freely underwater, instead of having to rise to the surface, move to the spot, and sink back down.

    I think you don’t know how to swim.  Sprint in the water and you change to swimming mode.  It’s amazing.

    As for being able to stay longer underwater, there is the respiration enchantment for the hemlet, the potion of water breathing, and the turtle helmet that gives water breathing that has been shown in the Java snapshots. =3
