I recently switched over from xbox one edition to bedrock on my xbox one. At first things were okay. I didn't have my skin, and pick block doesn't work in survival, but those 2 are coming soon. But then i needed some xp, so i went to the villager to trade some wheat for emeralds, and I was confused at how the trading worked on bedrock. I did figure it out, and it works alright with a controller, but it could be better.
This is the current trading UI on bedrock.
You move the item(s) into the slots, and take out your emerald. Simple. 2 shift-clicks(or 2 Y clicks on xbox).
This is the xbox one edition trading UI
Much simpler, I click to get your emerald.
I realize that some people may prefer to move the items manually, so i suggest a compromise UI, something like this
You click the item on the top bar once,it automatically executes the trade. In the image, the villager wants 21 coal, but i only have 14 coal, the the emerald is dark to indicate that the trade cannot be done, like on the current UI.
