    This could also be added as a possibility for resource packs, which already can have dramatic effects on gameplay. Please make it possible.

    why are you saying it like it's the end of the world, you java players are always saying bedrock is so much worse and no your complaining java is not getting something you guys had like 5 years before us with FREE mods!?!?!?!?

    There are third-party shaders for Java that have colored lighting. I don’t think I can name them here, but one even has pretty decent performance.

    It's not a critical issue but it's a big one for sure, Mojang stop being silly and just add colored lighting to java edition. 

    IT'S NOT THAT HARD.
