Make Piglins barter Ghast tears

With the upcoming summer update, we really want to have a renewable source of dry ghasts—while keeping peaceful difficulty and not venturing too deep and dangerously. So please please add ghast tears to the piglin barters, at least give it a 0.0003% or something chance of it dropping, though so it would be a little fair.
