Tools Should Work in Creative Mode

In Survival mode Minecraft, it's possible for a tool to have such a high mining speed that it can break through multiple blocks instantly, or at least faster than the default Creative mode mining speed. My suggestion is to make creative mining speeds faster when the correct tool is being held, and maybe even faster with enchantments like efficiency. This would make for a great quality of life change, because large-scale terraforming projects can easily take a ton of time in creative mode without mods or third-party software.
