snowball fishing rods

i think there should be a snowball on a fishing rod and when you hold it while riding a happy ghast, it makes the happy ghast go about 1.5 blocks faster. When you right click with the fishing rod then it will give the happy ghast a speed boost just like a pig with a carrot on a stick and a strider with a warped fungus on a stick
