Leashing Fence posts Creates A Rope Fence

Leashes joined to fences alone, work as some kind of minor guard rail, with a similar feel to player hit boxes.
e.g. cannot pass through it unless;
sprinting, crouched, jumping, or taking damage

Extras:
You can decide how much slack the leash has between each fence, by right clicking it with an item
(tripwire hook, axe, or brush, etc.)

Leashes are now dyable like bundles.

Leashes can be linned with redstone to create a redstone signal
(passing through a redstone lined fence rope has the opposite effect to tripwires, disrupting the redstone signal rather than creating one)

    I would absolutely love something like this, and the idea to perhaps use them as tight ropes in some regard at a speed penalty would make parkour all the more exciting; especially if by jumping on them they can offer a higher jump.

    This is such a cool idea but along with the rope fence. Along with it, could you add in some different styled fences and gates?

    I think there should be a different type of fences which don't automatically connect to each other but could be connected by other means like using the leashes. The gap between two fences with one block between is huge. It can be made tightier using debug stick to remove connections but for example when a door opens nearby, the fences connect again. This would allow players to choose which fences they want to be connected.
