I think it would be an amazing and simple idea to add the ability to have potions also give custom attributes to the player like a reach potion or scale potion ect...
It would be part of the potion components/nbt. U could setup the attribute type, duration, amount, and id. This would be a more simple way for map makers and newer users to create cool systems other than using datapacks for this simple addition.
Maybe could be something like this:
/give @a potion[potion_contents={custom_color:12894529,custom_attributes:[{type:"minecraft:scale",id:"embiggening",amount:2,operation:"add_value",duration:1600}]}]
But yes... Doesn't have to be just like that but I believe it would be a nice welcomed edition for our more tech savvy users <3
