Happy Ghast Snowlick

When a Player places a snow block, a Happy Ghast will move to and remain near it like a salt lick. This is to stop Happy Ghasts from roaming wildly and make it easy to mount them after leaving

  What if you are in a mountain biome? I think you might want to want to make a special item for this involving powdered snow. Great idea though.
