A new structure found in the nether and a new variant of the hoglin to go with it:
Piglin outpost, it looks like a camp, there are piglins and piglin brutes living there, defeat the piglins and find the secret lever.
When activated, the secret lever opens an entrance to the stables in which the leucistic hoglin is found.
The leucistic hoglin will have white skin and tusks, and gold bristles branching out of it's back horizontally, as if they were crushed down by the piglins. When the player frees the leucistic hoglin, it becomes tamed and if the player puts a hoglin harness (a larger version of the saddle found in the stable chests) and hoglin armour on a tamed leucistic hoglin, the player can ride it.
When the player is riding it, the leucistic hoglin would have low acceleration but can reach a speed slightly slower than a player sprinting. If a mob with lower hearts than the leucistic hoglin gets in the way, it is pushed out of the way with a damage-free knockback attack, slightly decreasing the leucistic hoglin's speed temporarily.
The leucistic hoglin's top speed depends on how high it's health is.
Maybe also when a player is not riding the tamed leucistic hoglin, if they attack something, the leucistic hoglin attacks it as well, like a tamed wolf does.
