Underwater of vibrant visuals too much fog and very dark in sea ​​bottom pls fix it more cleaner

    When I'm caving underwater with vibrant visuals on, I can't tell the difference between one block and the next.
    It'd be really helpful if vibrant visuals didn't obscure the deep underwater view so much. Even in the dark caves, eye adaptation let's you see if a block is an ore block or not
