Locator Bar Per-Player Waypoint Visibility (cmd)

The locator bar can currently be customized with the waypoint command and attributes to allow customization over who/what shows up, from/to how far they're broadcasted/received, and what colors they show up as or fade to.

I think the command should also include the ability to change the visibility of waypoints for certain players, similar to what you can do with /bossbar, for example:

 /waypoint modify <entities> visible <players> <true/false>

This way datapack creators and custom map/server devs are able to control who can see what waypoints, so for example only you or your team could see a quest location or you could set a waypoint for your base that only you could see!

    I was just about to request this! It would be very useful for survival datapacks. It is do-able with limiting the distance and teleporting armor stands but it's not at all smooth that way and somewhat difficult to manage. This feature would be greatly appreciated!

    This is exactly what I need for a datapack I'm working on and would be such an amazing addition! I think this is really all they'd need to add for me to feel like the locator bar is a solid feature that I can get a lot of use out of.

    I feel like this would fit nicely into /team modify <team>, since it's quite similar to something like nametagVisibility, except longer distance.
