Ghastling shouldn't grow if not fed

The Ghastling is a very cute mob, some players might not want it to grow up into an Happy Ghast. I think it would be better if it only grew if fed snowballs by the players

    having a smaller version of the happy ghast that you can only stand on, or maybe less people could ride on it?
