Make Minecraft bedrock legacy edition special worlds savable

Allow players to save edit and special world  (like the Halloween world) in Minecraft Bedrock Edition so we can use them like normal worlds

These themed worlds are often full of creativity and great builds and players might want to explore them in creative mode modify or expand them to make special survival world or multiplayer experience
