Allow Multiple Flowers to be placed on 1 Block

Similar to the cherry blossom leaves or sea pickles that can be placed on blocks in groups of 1, 2 ,3, or 4, flowers should be able to be grouped together. Flowers that are one block tall could be placed together to allow for denser flower forest biomes as well as for landscaping by the player. This could also allow for players to bone meal flowers so that one block flowers can be duplicated similar to bedrock. This mechanism is already present for 2 block tall flowers so bringing it to the one block tall flowers would be a quality of life improvement.

    yeah it would also be great to make areas look wilder and more abandoned
