Ideas for the Happy Ghast

Make it so that you can build off the Happy Ghast, so we don't have to build all the way up to the preferred building height.

Allow it to have storage chests.

Much agreed. Storage chests would be useful for carrying blocks up, and building off of the happy ghast would make building floating things much, much easier.
