Slow down the end skybox strobe effect

While I enjoy the temporary light source outside of end cities, the current strobe of the end skybox is too fast and distracting, especially in dark gameplay environments. Slowing it down to at least 1/4 the current speed or even slower would be easier on the eyes and give players more time to analyze their surroundings.

    Slowing down the strobe was the first thing I thought of when I saw it in the end. I definitely agree that this would improve visibility. I do love the concept of the strobe effect in the end as  I think it makes it feel more otherworldly and shows off the volumetric fog really well!
