Happy Ghasts should play and dance when not being ridden

Instead of just kinda floating around, they should be able to detect other Happy Ghasts nearby and interact with them, twirl around and dance like Allays, hum music from records etc.

  This sounds lovely, perhaps this behavior could be enabled and disabled with a goat horn

  I love the idea of a happy ghast and ghastling dancing to a jukebox.
