I love the changes and water. It would be cool if you added more ambience to it. Like in waves, flowing water effects, etc.

Devs it’s so bad please fix it soon, it being as translucent as it is ruins nearly all built water features

Underwater visibility is frustratingly low. I can see deeper in the water if i swim just above the surface, but as soon as i dive half my visibilty disappears.

Water is much too transparent ESPECIALLY at night or in the dark. I can barely see a water source block when I place one down at night or in a cave. Please add some colour so that water is visible without needing sunlight reflecting on the surface.

Personally I love the water, however would it be possible to make the ripples from the water appear through glass? Working on a build that I wanted to make a lake on-top of with a glass bottom so the ripples would show up on the ground in the build beneath the lake, but instead the water and glass block out the sun and the bottom looks just a dark color. Can barely even see through it.

Hate it. Everything about it annoys me. It's invisible, but reflective and distracting. No thanks.

the way it reflects is super pretty and i like how it visually interacts with blocks around it, but it feels too transparent. little fountain structures are a lot less impressive when you can't see the water

I think there is a lot to be desired with the new water. Firstly, the water is almost invisible when flowing in small streams, which makes it hard to see when jumping into a cave, for example. It is also impossible to make anything out underwater now! I have an underwater base entrance which used to be fairly visible to my friends joining in a very small but pretty deep pond, but now no one can find it due to the horrible visibility.

1: I can't see the surface of the water from underwater

2: It's a little too transparent in my opinion when viewed from above unless there's a strong reflection.

J'espère ça serait mieux avec l'Android ancien

os reflexos são bons, porém tem vezes que deixam os blocos opacos, no ps5 a água está muito pesada, toda vez que olho pra água o fps drasticamente, isso que estou usando reflexos da água no baixo

I don't know if this is a glitch or something else, but fireflies look too clear above water when viewed from underwater.

I HATE vibrant visuals. I am visually impaired and vibrant visuals makes Minecraft unplayable for me. It makes everything too bright, too glow-y, too shimmery, too reflective, and not enough contrast. I feel like I need sunglasses but don't have any. And I can no longer tell the different quartz blocks apart - there is just not enough contrast. Everything is too over-saturated. And the water is the worst part - it is so transparent I can't even see it anymore unless I am right up on it. I prefer the old opaque, blue water as I could see it from a distance. This is an accessibility issue. So there should be a way under the accessibility menu to turn it off and go back to the old high contrast low reflective visuals and opaque blue water. Please don't force vibrant visuals on players. Please allow those who wish to to turn it off and go back to the way things used to be. Otherwise people who are visually impaired like me won't be able to play Minecraft. And I have a world I have played for years (I am creating cities). It would be a shame if I had to abandon it because the Minecraft community decided they didn't care about making the game accessible.

When looking at it from outside of it, it's almost completely transparent unless you position yourself in a way that the sun is angled to cause a sharp reflection.  Single block pools are almost completely undetectable.  They may as well be empty.  Flowing water can also be almost imperceptible without daylight reflecting specific angles.  it needs more opacity.  I'm playing on XBox.

It's hard to see shallow water in Vibrant Visuals. Maby you could reduce the transparency.

might be because im colorblind, but i can hardly see the water. I'd like if there was a setting that made it look more blue like it does in vanilla. everything else about VV is excellent

Water is barely visible at night, which makes it pretty annoying when you're going anywhere. Also, we have lost the amazing feature of different water for swamps and other biomes. Aside from that, incredible revamp to keep the game always breathing.

I feel like it's too translucent. It's fine on land, but in a dimly lit cave, it's super hard to tell when there's water in front of you.

Caustics should follow the pattern of the waves instead of being an overlay
