As a builder, I often find myself lacking certain block types in different colors. Crimson trapdoors and crimson fences are nice, but they don't really match blocks like purpur and amethyst (since there aren't many purple blocks in the game). So, I had an idea—what if purpur could be crafted into a purpur brick wall (using 6 purpur brick blocks), or the same with amethyst, but only through the stonecutter? (1 Amethyst wall - 1 amethyst block stonecuttered)
Trapdoors:
As for the purple and black trapdoors—I don't know what blocks will be added in future updates, so the material for a purple trapdoor is still uncertain. Maybe it could be something from a magical tower or dungeon.
However, a black trapdoor could be made from netherite (Netherite Trapdoor – crafted with 6 netherite scraps).
The same could apply to a gold trapdoor (Gold Trapdoor – crafted with 6 gold ingots).
Since we already have an iron trapdoor, an iron pressure plate, and a gold pressure plate, why not add a gold trapdoor? Its color would be richer and softer compared to the bamboo trapdoor and could have different carving like a crown or some hieroglyph, since gold is associated with the Incas, Egypt and Asian patterns.

And if netherite trapdoor is too expensive, then again, maybe it could be some kind of new block in the magic/dungeon/aether or dimension related update.
