Bioluminescent Water

Bioluminescent waters would have a new water that glows when there's movement in it. It can be created with glow squid dye or be found in a new, rare biome.

That is so COOL!!!! I hope more people vote you. THAT NEEDS TO BE IN MINECRAFT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also want there to be glowing dots in it. COOL!!!!!!!
