Add a horse whistle to sumon and desummon your horse

It would make horses and other mounts much more convenient to use, increasing their use since currently they are only used for journeys before you have elytra.

With this feature choosing your preferred mount could be more relevant and easy to use (imagine summoning your camel for combat for ex). If it's too strong, it could call them to you instead of a direct summon.
