A: RTX Worlds and compatible content will still work and can be selected from the new Graphics Mode dropdown.
Q: When is Vibrant Visuals coming to Java?
A: The team is actively working on bringing Vibrant Visuals to Java, but we do not have a release date to share at this time.
Q: How does Vibrant Visuals impact Marketplace content?
A: Existing Marketplace Add-Ons, Skins, and Persona items will be compatible within Worlds with Vibrant Visuals. Marketplace Worlds, including Dynamic Worlds and Templates, and Texture Packs are not supported at this time. Running unsupported content will disable the Vibrant Visuals option and can only be played in Fancy or Simple graphics modes.
Q: What devices are supported with Vibrant Visuals?
A: Supported devices for this Preview and Beta include Xbox Series X + S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Android, iOS, and PC.
- Android: Adreno 640, Mali-G68, Mali-G77, or Xclipse 530 or higher
- iOS: A12 or M1 or higher
- PC: Running Minecraft on DX12
